Precautions when using PVC steel wire pipes

Today, I would like to share with you the precautions to be taken when using PVC steel wire hoses. The following seven main focus points are as follows.
Before using the hose, please check for any abnormalities in its appearance (such as trauma, hardening, softening, discoloration, etc.) to avoid unnecessary losses.
2. Be sure to use it within the specified temperature and pressure range
The steel pipes produced by ordinary manufacturers meet the requirements of the steel wire hose industry, mainly in terms of temperature and pressure (working pressure and burst pressure). When applying pressure, slowly increase the pressure to avoid creating impact pressure and damaging the hose. As the internal pressure changes, the hose will slightly expand and contract. Cut the hose into a length slightly longer than what you need.
3. Before loading liquid with a hose, ensure that the hose used is appropriate. If you are unsure, please consult a professional.
4. Do not use non food grade hoses for the production or processing of food, such as drinking water, alcohol transportation, etc.
5. Do not use under the minimum radius of the hose. Please expand the bending radius as much as possible to reduce possible wear on the hose.
When using steel wire hoses, the following situations should be avoided as much as possible.
Do not come into direct contact with hoses or near open flames; Do not use vehicles or similar objects to squeeze the hose; Do not use it in extremely tense conditions near metal components.
7. Be careful when cutting wire hoses to avoid exposing wires that may not cause harm to people.
