When these abnormalities occur in the rubber hose, please stop using it!
Classification:
The lifespan of rubber hoses is largely influenced by the physical properties, temperature, flow rate, and pressure reduction frequency of the fluid. If any abnormalities or signs are found during pre homework and regular inspections, please stop using immediately and replace the rubber hose.
1. Abnormalities at the edges of metal parts - local extension, bending, leakage, expansion
2. Whether there is external damage - large external damage, cracks, and water ingress in the reinforcement layer
3. Internal abnormalities - internal expansion and peeling * 6. Wear (exposing the reinforcing material of the hose) (Note) When there are abnormalities inside, the liquid may mix with the stripped material of the hose and the fragments of the reinforcing material.
